FAQ rjbet
Malaysia

Each user is only allowed one active rjbet account. Registering more than one account with different information violates the platform's terms and conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble accessing your account, use the "Forgot Password" function or contact our customer support for account recovery assistance.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an industry-standard identity verification process that ensures your account's security and compliance with platform regulations. To complete KYC, you'll need to upload a photo of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport, and in some cases, a selfie with that document. The process is typically completed within 24 business hours. A completed KYC allows you to make withdrawals without additional restrictions.

Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and select "Change Password". Enter your current password, then your new password twice for confirmation. A strong password should contain at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. If you forget your password, click "Forgot Password" on the Login and follow the instructions via OTP sent to your registered number.

New rjbet members are eligible for a welcome bonus that includes a first deposit match and free spins on selected slots. The bonus amount depends on currently active promotions. Check the Promotions for the latest offers. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of registration and is subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion terms.

Wagering requirements refer to the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you must place bets totalling RM2,000 before that bonus can be withdrawn. All wagering requirement details are clearly stated on each promotional offer on the Promotions.

Yes, rjbet offers a weekly cashback program for all active members. The cashback percentage depends on your VIP membership level — the higher the level, the greater the cashback you receive. Cashback is automatically credited to your account every Monday for net losses from the previous week. Platinum and Diamond VIP members enjoy cashback of up to 15%. View full details on the VIP.
